Optional order services

Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Warranty are separate optional services, each US$3.99 once per order and not preselected. They apply to Tovelle physical products in the same order. Read the Shipping Protection terms and 30-Day Warranty terms. Standard support and statutory remedies are available without either service.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms or our other policies removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, delivery and refund rights take priority. Changes to policies do not retrospectively remove rights under existing orders.
