Covered benefit

For orders containing this add-on, report functional faults arising during normal use within 30 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement. Contact us before returning anything so that we can explain the next steps.

Exclusions

Accidental damage, water damage, misuse, modifications and normal wear are excluded from this commercial service. Normal use does not by itself disqualify an otherwise eligible functional-fault claim. These exclusions do not limit statutory rights.

How to claim
