Optional Shipping Protection

Last updated: November 5, 2026

US$3.99 per order. Optional and not preselected. This merchant-provided service covers Tovelle physical products in the same order in which it is purchased. It is not an insurance policy.

Covered claims

For a parcel lost in transit or products arriving damaged, we review tracking and supporting evidence and arrange a replacement or refund for an eligible claim.

Exclusions

The optional service excludes incorrect customer addresses, missed collections, damage after delivery and theft after confirmed delivery. These exclusions do not remove any responsibility or remedy required by applicable law.

Request support

Email dorisaw230@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. For damage, include helpful photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while the claim is assessed, and contact us before returning anything.

Your rights without this add-on

Standard support and applicable consumer rights remain available without purchasing Shipping Protection. Buying it is not a condition of receiving a remedy that we must provide by law. You may request removal before checkout. After ordering, contact us about cancellation or a refund; any mandatory service cancellation or refund rights take priority.
